The music that Blood Shot Eye produces doesn't copy any bands as far as I am aware of. The band doesn't lack Black Sabbath influences, but most of them have undergone a bit of modernization through influences from pure heavy metal bands.
I think that the most important aspect of their music is the lyrics. They deal with the ongoing war and hostilities that plague their country. Most noticeably they point their fingers at those who excuse their hatred by manipulating their holy texts to fit their fascistic ideals.
I must admit that it's getting harder and harder to find bands that stand out amongst the doom rockers, but these guys are one of them. They really do have something to offer. Fans of old school traditional doom should have no excuses not to try out this.
