Post How can we stop clickbait

Seriously, this has to stop. I'm tired of these articles taking over the internet. Why do they still exist? I swear even once-respectable sites are bowing to this trend. Does anyone else get frustrated at this clickbait headlines that simply lead to disappointment?

As long as people click on them (and they will), business owners will continue to gain revenue. So basically there's no way to stop this, just try avoid those yourself.

the idea is to be as appealing as possible. One click= a few cents to the site owners.
Make your own policy, stick to your own ethics. When people realize how much power they have, maybe things will start to change a bit.
