Post Outsourcing - FedEx moves to Nigeria

I love when total strangers randomly send me big amount of money, but I'm a bit worried over this outsourcing of back offices/customer service centers etc. Like this example of Fed Ex, they are using Nigerian back office. As you can see, Fed Ex doesn't even provide company email, but the back office guys have to use gmail, hotmail etc for the company business!

Does outsourcing make the services better?

Yeap, from the title I thought it's an avoid-taxing capitalism, but indeed phishing. I lately got some e-mails labelled as sent from the British Airways offering me some free airline tickets, must be something similiar though I've not dared to read nor reply, since I've never done business with this company anyway.

Well, spambots sometimes happen to be smarter than anti-spam bots ;)
