I got stupid drunk the other day with only two pints of Leffe. I don't think I ever got drunk so quickly.

That is illegal at your age, I assume you download too? not beer, music.
I do not drink though, I find the taste of alcohol very unpleasant.

As far as beer goes, all I really enjoy drinking is Guinness and Miller High Life. I'll drink Budweiser every now and again if someone has it, but Bud Light is an absolute no, it tastes like horse piss. Anything other than that, I'm willing to try.

Beer is beer, but I can also enjoy a nice Corsendonck blond bier. (7.5%)

 Re: Beer
@ doominium: I maintain Orval is the best one! it's bitter and therefore doesn't suit everyone's taste but this is really super well balanced. La chouffe is a nice one, but too aggressive. I used to drink it frequently but eventually stopped because of it being only sold in big 75cl bottles (I mean back then and in my place) Chimay Red is very good as is:

 Re: Beer
Of the Finnish beers I prefer Kukko or Olvi lately. Nothing special but at least they're locally owned.

 Re: Beer
Any of you guys here tried an aussie beer before? Hopefully at least some of our beers make it overseas to Europe, USA etc. Always been curious as to whether you think our beer tastes like horse piss or not in our country, Beerism could be seriously considered as a religion

 Re: Beer
Most of the beer tastes like horse piss here. We seem to give people more praise for 'smashin back a fugin carton in worn noit' than finding a cure for cancer. Alcoholism is the religion, being a connoisseur of fine alcoholic beverages is something else. Do you have any particular brews you're fond of?

 Re: Beer
We get mainly Fosters here and it really is horse piss... but then I think it's actually brewed in Britain...

 Re: Beer
yeah, some of it is. Foster's are very big here financial wise. They even bought out like 15 wineries and they dont do wine. Huge company. Too bad their beer tastes like crap. Ive tried it and for an aussie beer, i was truly underwhelmed.
