Well...they are Italian, probably felt obliged to follow that long and illustrious tradition in rock :D

I preferred the clean vocals to the growls, to be fair - or perhaps it's fairer to say I preferred the parts of the songs which used clean vocals. If they'd stuck to that prog/goth combination and not really tried to bring doom influences into it, I think I'd have enjoyed it more.

I don't mind the album musically (although rather "heard before"), but the clean vocals - which you like :D - are a let down for me. So, can't listen to it!
