Every user on this forum is expected to use his common sense and adhere to the following (short) list of forum guidelines.

1. Respect other forum members and staff members.
a- No discrimination or unfounded bigotry of any kind whatsoever.
b- Keep discussions civil. Do not begin or incite flamewars.
c- Respect the decisions of the staff members
d- We discourage discussion of artists who actively promote racism or other instances under 1a. Discussion of the phenomenon in general will be tolerated, but not the extolment of individual artists doing so.

2. No posting of inappropriate material.
a- No pornography or otherwise graphically offensive material.
b- No posting of copyrighted material outside the 'fair use policy'. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fair_use for an extensive explanation. In general, this means you are not allowed to post or link to music files, unless it was explicitly released under a Creative Commons license or anything similar.


3. Language & Spelling
a- Use the right language in the right place. The language to be used is English, except in the Non-English Language Forums. Regardless of language, you are expected to adhere, within reason, to language and spelling conventions. Please do not use cAPsY LanGUaGe, txt spk, or similar forms. Well known internet abbreviations and expressions are no problem, of course.
