In my town there is no funeral doomm fans. So what can I say abou those, who wants to PLAY that???

Metal is nearly DEAD in Russia, ya know. Yes, we have Perimeter, we have Comatose Vigil, we have [AMATORY] (nu metal), but that's all!! All other people don't have any idea about how to be a real pounding and skull crushing LIVE band! I played in local death metal band, but after 1.5 years, I've understood - it's sucks! Because the other band members don't care about promotion and p.r. of our band. So i decided to knock this out, too. Ona-man-bands are always appear to be an egoistic way of getting an esthetic pleasure. I get grand pleasure while creating and recording a song, too much more than when I'm reading a nice comments (but it still glads me great, too)... One man band is unergroun, so as a result we have shit quality and and often it's fucked up material.

In our country therei only ONE funeral doom band. And it's also embody the russian funeral doom in most. They are Comatose Vigil. Other bands suck in many cases...someone have a shit quality someone play Comatose Vigil-like shit stuff...

Hierophant is one man band and I think, many would say, that it has shit quality...but I LLLLLIKE this music!!! Xathagorra fuckin rules! And I DON"T CARE about the sound. Just listen to the atmosphere. That's what is up to the one man bands...ATMOSPHERE. in funeral doom all stays the same. specially.

out.

Russia has various good acts in Doom, to be fair. I might be alone in this but I rather like Intaglio, and Ocean Of Sorrow isn't exactly shit, not to mention Inter Arbores.

I like the early songs by Inter Arbores, Comatose Vigil, Letargy Dream, Tears Of Mankind...These are good bands indeed.

Notice that there are some one man bands among them ;))

All of them live in undeground however...

Hah jej, but to be fair, isn't all Doom underground in some form?? ;)

Although this band is from Belarus, I like Reido a lot also.

I don't like Reido much, it makes my head ache, while the Hierophant can occupy my ears for an hour... ;))) Strange thing , indeed, heh heh ...

I respect many bands from the undeground in Russia, but I wish them to get out this fucked up "underground" as soon as possible...

Just knock off this lazy and non-professional ways of making music...I can understand, for example, that the band cant' record a real drums, but when they use some SHIT drum machines...my tolerance fades away... I heard a phrase @Listen to the MUSIC, not hte technic"...This don't works if I know you're musician. A real good musician must have two characteristics : INTELLIGENCE and PASSION ... a real good musician will go mad seeking for the compatible sound of each instruments...even in RAW metal ...

Just turn your head on ! undeground means nothing to this...

out.

Perimeter and Amatory is a band which fucks young ears and have nothing in common with metal music!! :spank:

The main problem in Russia is low number of fans of doom music and thats all
Bands can't tour because in small cities no one knows anything about such music

"Perimeter and Amatory is a band which fucks young ears and have nothing in common with metal music!!" such proclamation worth for the 17-yerars old bugheads, I can't believe my eyes, that I'm reading it. )))

Maybe doom is growing, yes...If you compare this growth with the metalcore and deathcore population, it will semm to be a small shit-stain on a white dress )))

Haha. I don't think it's far worse in Russia than elsewhere, it's the same problem with underground music all over the world.

As to the topic, I've checked three Faceless Unknown tracks a while ago and I'm with the consensus here, promising material and surely far better than numerous projects that have already released albums through labels. In particular, I enjoyed the piano work which was pretty outstanding for this kind of music. I've been planning to re-listen to the tracks and maybe download some more, but there's just too much music to check out... :;): Anyway, good luck. I'll keep an eye on this project.

Super Duper thanx, d.mimшsa!! This just like a rain in a desert! To read such comments for now ... the mixing of the album has stuck, and there's no more new tracks, no more new comments, no congratilations, no life, no death, no reprisal or redemption...just endless pain of ignorance, hahahaha!!! ))))))))))))

i have to repeat my question DOES ENYBODY NEEDS AN ELEPHANT???

Well, I don't need an elephant. And now stop moaning and be thankful instead that you could at least finish a number of decent recordings - there are people who fail to realise even that. :p
