Fucking beautiful. Glad to see another soul is familiar with this excellent album.
The whole discography is pretty exceptional.

I can't stop listening to this. The cd is stuck in my player and I'mot willing to change it. A masterpiece of ritual drone doom. The sole effort of this project it seems:

FUNERIS 2020 release.
pretty much every album by this band is some very academic, by-the-book melodic FD, but so well done it could serve as an examplary introduction to the genre.
Problem is that it never offers anything outside this very conventional frame.
I was checking my latest posts and read this one with surprise as I love the latest album by Funeris. But the guy managed to put out TWO albums this year! The one of February is the one I was talking about here. The one released in December is much stronger. Take note.

Nah, Check out the second song in this album. It's undeniably above average.
The new Pain of Savation is high in lots of best of lists.. It's good indeed. Happy to rediscover this band with such an exciting album!
Didn't like it much myself.

In fact me neither. I think the first couple of songs are entertainting, then it becomes quite shallow and the electro effects are used with no real relevance.

Don't get me wrong, it's not bad, but maybe I was expecting even more progression after their previous album, but then that one was half written with Ragnar Zolberg...
