I beg to differ on that point.

 Re: The General Recommendation Thread
And if you don't like "ozzy rippoffs" I suppose Count Raven is nothing for you either? I don't get your taste of music

 Re: The General Recommendation Thread
One can't reproach a guy for having a voice that naturally sounds like Ozzy's one. On the phone, people often used to confuse me with my father...

 Re: The General Recommendation Thread
It's more likely that they try to copy Ozzy, rather than to naturally sound like him.

 Re: The General Recommendation Thread
What's wrong with having an Ozzy like voice? Ozzy got a big career thanks to it, so why not use a specific timbre in your voice?

 Re: The General Recommendation Thread
no, but honestly, who can think a guy can imitate a voice? you can't hold throughout a whole song imitating someone else(s voice. it just happens that some guys sound alike. Like there are bands whose singer sounds like Lemmy or Wino...

 Re: The General Recommendation Thread
Imitation is another thing, but if you have the same vibe in your voice like for instance Ozzy, why wouldn't you use it?

 Re: The General Recommendation Thread
Because you would sound like you are imitating Ozzy? Some people might like it, some people might hate it... I would hate it, personally...

 Re: The General Recommendation Thread
nah, really; not a decent artist in the world would try to force even a bit a natural tessitura he'd have to push it in the direction of another one's voice. Like Ozzy's. It just sounds stupid and vain.

 Re: The General Recommendation Thread
I used "you" in an impersonal way, as in "one"... I wasn't talking about you... Good crossover, though, better than Ozzy....

What are you trying to say with that? English may not be my mother tongue but it's close to flawless.
