Lovers of melodic Black doom, this is for you! They have all you want; piaono, violin, female vocals, growls, gothic drama etc... It's like a lush mix of Kauan, Immortal, Estatic Fear and Wolves in The Throne Room.... or something like that.

edit: 2€ to ship the Ego Depths to Belgium...! Excellent!

Yes brilliant! But that artwork isn't very fitting is it (I like good artwork :p )

Also liking the Ego Depths (now that has some snazzy artwork)

(And hello I'm new here!)

They tricked me with the funeral doom label, but unfortunately this was not the case=(

One long track left from the Funeral Mourning's recent full-length sessions, it might be better then any of the songs from that album!

excellent indeed. I never heard anything from that band. What would be their best album?

Well, they only released one great full-length ("Drown in Solitude") and a split before disbanding 10 years ago - these are more simplistic in style, similar to Abyssmal Sorrow, but I've always liked it a lot.

They reformed last year and released a demo and a full-length ("Inertia of Dissonance (A Sermon in Finality)") that are in the same style as this track here, better then their previous output in my opinion.

Sea Witch / Black Tremor recent split is one of the few instrumental albums I really enjoy:

I didn't see that coming:

Mourners Lament are still active and are going to release a new album! Maybe it's already out, I haven't checked that.

I remember quite a few here liked the (US) Slow debut album. The project was then put to an end, but it's now resurrected and a new track released as a link between the debut to the planned sophomore album:

Extinct by Frowning.

I'm recommending it because I don't generally get moved by a lot of FD, but when it comes to Frowning, and particularly this release, I'm more than happy to make an exception...
