2017-10-07 : New Hundred Year Old Man single out now

From the press release:
"Hundred Year Old Man's immense new single 'Black Fire' is out now on limited edition CD and download.

The CD is housed in a double-panel, hand-screen-printed card sleeve with a card insert. Recycled card used throughout and placed in an eco-friendly outer plastic bag. Each item is individually printed, cut, assembled and packaged by SmilingPaper Ghosts at Gizeh HQ. A download code is inserted for access to a lossless, digital version.

We also have a t-shirt bundle deal available.

A six-piece collective based in Leeds, UK, HYOM focus on the parameters of post-metal, doom and heavy music. Formed in 2015, the band have spent the past year touring and playing shows with the likes of Deafheaven, Ohhms, Moloken, Employed To Serve, Conjurer, Fen, Opium Lord, Canvas and Wren.

Black Fire is the perfect introduction to the Hundred Year Old Man world, encompassing everything this ensemble is about within its full ten minutes. Heavy, bleak, atmospheric riffs rise through the mist… patience is required and rewarded. This is a band intent on doing things differently. Abrasive and aggressive in equal measures, it’s apocalyptic noise with a thick celestial light poured on it."
