Quick introductory interview.

Interview with Towards.
1. Who are you and how did the band get started?

We are towards from Helsinki, Finland. As a two man project we began at 2016. Before that we have had a common interest in doom, and have some common background in previous bands from as early as nineties. This is all self-made music, including mixing and mastering.

2. Why did you choose Doom, and how would you describe your style?

Doom chose us, not much could be done about that. We play atmospheric funeral doom with influences spreading form all sorts of extreme metal and classical music.

3. What would you consider to be the high point of your career so far?

We donít do live gigs so our thing is to release our music online. Major turn was to release our first album I in 2017, that was where things were becoming for real.

4. Which three bands most influenced you?

Itís hard to choose three. But those would be Cathedral, My Dying Bride and early Anathema.

5. What are your plans for the near future?

We have released our first record and couple of demos on our BandCamp site, and next release will be our second album.

6. If there is anything you would like to add, the last words are yours.

Check out our music for our BandCamp site, and share our grief.
