| Proto Doom The name is Finnish for "Lead Company". The music is based both on hard rock and NWoBHM, but very little on influences from Black Sabbath or Pentagram. Has produced several "real" doom tracks, but the majority of the tracks fall under the Proto Doom genre. All the lyrics are in Finnish. |

| The band originally started in 1981, but split up before releasing anything. In 1990 they reunited before once again splitting up in 1998. Finally in 2003 the band reunited and continues to this day. |
