Dis Pater

Russia - Active.

Description

Atmospheric Doom

Doom or doomy? Dis Pater has their own unique way of making you really uncertain. Hence it is a questionable entry in the bandlist. But since fans of gothic/doom would surely be the right fanbase to like this, it gets the benefit of doubt.
The music is atmospheric doom and gothic/doom mixed together into a really original sound. A powerful male voice, pianos and violins add quite an epic edge to it as well. It's indeed music for the more romantic amongst us in the doomster's herd. 'The Princess In The Emerald Garden' is their fourth album, but the previous three albums never saw the light of day.
