The Blood Divine

United Kingdom - Disbanded.

Description

Gothic/Doom

Featuring Darren White (ex-Anathema) on vocals and several former members of Cradle of Filth, The Blood Divine mixed little bits of both bands to create a unique, groovy style of Gothic Doom. Bass-heavy riffs, which more or less take after styles of traditional Doom bands, are mixed with gruff singing and haunting organs. Altogether, their music was very mystical and majestic sounding material, which would be appealing to those who like bands like Moonspell, The Gathering, or Paradise Lost.
