| Stoner/Doom Dead Witches began as a collaboration between drummer Mark Greening (Ramesses, ex-Electric Wizard and With the Dead) and vocalist Virginia Monti (Psychedelic Witchcraft), adding bassist Carl Geary and guitarist Greg Elk. (Sadly, Greg passed away in late 2016, after recording the debut album). Musically, the slow, heavy, occult Stoner sound is something like Windhand, as well as drawing elements from both founders' various other bands. |
