Megaton Leviathan

USA - Active.

Description

Atmospheric Doom, Drone/Doom

Portland, Oregon's Megaton Leviathan offer a complicated mix of Psychedelic- and Post-rock-influenced Ambient/Drone/Doom largely instrumental compositions, the net result of which is a vast, expansive atmospheric soundscape. Not particularly depressive, despite an overall heaviness and slowness to the music, there is more of a majestic grandeur to the project. It is essentially the solo work of Andrew James Costa, with contributions from additional musicians - particularly in live performances - along the way.
