Description

Sludge/Doom

An extremely tense and angry mix of different music elements, ranging from Sludge, to Stoner, to Post-Metal and even bits of Deathrock, all weaved into a deranged, miserable backbone of Doom. Tons of chorus effect and reverb on the guitars, with distorted female vocals clearly inspired by the likes of Julie Christmas; ranging from sinister clean singing to infuriated screams. While the first album has a faster, more upbeat Stoner/Sludge vibe inspired by Melvins and Jucifer, their second album 'Transfiguration' is utterly pitch-black blend of Sludge and Deathrock, much like Atriarch.
