Odradek Room

Ukraine - Active.

Description

Death/Doom

The moniker that Odradek Room have choosen for themselves appropriately evokes the eccentric appeal of their music. As it is hard to tell what hides behind the mysterious entity that is Odradek in Franz Kafka's story, the Ukrainian confuse the listener and keep on covering their tracks, multiplying various twists and turns, rhythmic bridges and strong contrasts within each song.
Progressive, atmospheric, evanescent, hectic, melancholic and baroque, here is a series of terms that fits the description one could make of the band's sound.
