Death/Doom, Progressive Doom
This Australian group played a heavy and aggressive form of doom/death metal with melodic and progressive tendencies. Hateful male growls and galloping melodic death metal riffs were balanced out with slower, thick doom movements, pleasant female singing, rich keyboards, and violins. The band shared ties with Lycanthia, featuring one of their former frontwomen on violin and vocals. Their versatile form of doom/death could be comparable to the aforementioned, as well as Rise of Avernus. |
