Laudanum

USA - Active.

Description

Genre not specified

Laudanum - named after the ethanol and opium mixture/medicine with the red poison label on it - started by playing heavy sludgecore. By the time of 'Sacred Death' the style had changed to a Corrupted- and Toadliquor-vein doom/sludge but with elements of industrial and noise. Finally, with 'The Coronation' the transformation is complete, and an extreme one it is. The result have more in common with bands like P.H.O.B.O.S. and Zaraza than their genremates.
