On Thorns I Lay

Greece - Active.

Description

Death/Doom, Gothic/Doom

On Thorns I Lay started life as a death metal band before changing styles and their moniker. The bands debut was straight forward doom/death metal with each successive release becoming less doom and more goth/rock oriented. This change met its end with the Radiohead inspired 'Egocentic. The band returned to their roots after reforming in 2015. Fans of the Peaceville Three and mid-period Katatonia would find interest here.
