Slow oldschool doom band in the vein of Witchfinder General, Reverend Bizarre and Pagan Alter, thus in turn following the Black Sabbath line. The male vocals are clean and strong enough for a power metal band. The lyrics contain tales of witches, the occult and Lovecraftian mythos.

|The splits 'Doom-Plague-Death' and 'Hail Britannia II' are with the bands Kill for Satan and Twisted Tower Dire respectively. Thirty Inches of Fighting Metal' is a three-way split boxset with Scarab and Asomvel where each of the bands contributed with a 10" each; The Lamp Of Thothcontributed with one titled 'An Oath Sworn on the Ashlar Stone'.|
There were released a tape compilation of the bands demo recordings between 2007 and 2008 which was called 'Portents, Omens & Dooms II'. It was released solely as a part of the 'Portents, Omens & Dooms - Lead & Gold' boxset.
