Name: Country: Status: Description:	diSEMBOWELMENT Australia Disbanded Heavy and brutal death/doom, diSEMBOWELMENT have been known to go from blasting death moments to super-slow doom-metal, all done with deep growled vocals. diSEMBOWELMENT is one of the doom-metal legends, and an example to many modern-day Death/Doom bands. Unfortunately, just like other legends of doom-metal such as Thergothon and Dusk, they broke up far too quickly, releasing only one full length album.

Misc. info:	Relapse released the band's 1991 demo 'Deep Sensory Procession' on a CD entitled 'dUSK'. - Jason Kells together with one other diSEMBOWELMENT member now play in the doom band Southern Cross. The 'diSEMBOWLEMENT' compilation consists of 3CDs and covers all music ever released by them.
