| Salome take their doom/sludge with a heavy dose of crust. The angry female vokills of Kat (from Agoraphobic Nosebleed) makes for a comparison with 13, but the remaining music has more in common with Monarch and Bloody Panda than the Eyehategod vein (which 13 followed). Salome is also one of few doom/sludge bands who do not sound like latent acts of violence as much as a knife in your chest and a primal scream in your ears. |
